- People are rational. But emotional as well.
- Rational Choice Theory assumes that individuals are:
- Motivated by self-interest.
- Calculate risk and rewards for each action.
- Seek out info that helps us make better decisions.
- RCT predicts that legal compliance is a response to the consequences present.
