Artery :: Sends blood, is elastic and has epithelial and muscular tissue.
Vein :: Receives blood, thin, stiff and contains valves. Muscles around them also help.
Capillaries :: Exchanges gas between the blood cells.
Coronary artery disease
- Partially blocked artery, completely blocked means a heart attack.
- Tissues have no oxygen, so they cannot perform Cellular Respiration.
Double pump
Right side of the Heart pumps deoxygenated blood to the left Heart to then pump oxygenated blood.
