- Tricuspid and mitral valves vibrate surrounding fluid as valves close at start of Systole
- The lubb sound means that the Atrioventricular valves vibrate the surrounding fluid as they close at the start of the systole cycle.

- Closure of aortic and pulmonary valves at Diastole
- When the aortic and pulmonary valves close they create a dubb sound at the end of the diastole cycle.
